University of Technology in 1996.  Anfatec

develops , produces & sells

scientific instruments for surface science, mainly Scanning Probe Microscopes, controllers and components for Scanning Probe Microscopes.

We are specialized in Measurement Science & Technology and provide top-level measurement tools as LockIn amplifiers and digital controllers.
